World Congenital Heart Disease Awareness Day, or heart defects that are present in a child at birth, is celebrated every February 14th.
It’s no coincidence that it’s celebrated on the same day as Valentine’s Day.

The heart is the engine of all life.

The heart is also the center of feelings, the place where we keep our dearest affections.
This year, we’ve chosen a hashtag to raise awareness on social media #batticuore.
Our volunteers have prepared hearts, symbolizing the strength and courage of the children we meet every day and whom we support with immense joy.

Let’s flood social media with so much beauty and awareness!

“The best hearts are full of scars.”
