This year, our fantastic volunteers brought smiles and a touch of magic to the adult and children’s wards.
Colorful masks, little costumes, contagious laughter, and sincere conversations filled the rooms with a different light.
For a few hours, between checkups and treatments, we saw eyes sparkle, hands clap to the beat of an improvised song, smiles appear timidly and then grow bigger.

We brought color, yes.
We brought joy, of course.
But above all, we brought listening.

Because sometimes the most precious gift isn’t a costume or a Carnival prank, but a presence that stops, looks you in the eye, and remains.
In the wards, where time can seem slower and thoughts heavier, even a small moment of celebration can become a great breath of lightness.
And once again we saw firsthand how important it is to be there: volunteers don’t just bring activities, they bring human warmth, they bring closeness, they bring that invisible thread that keeps everyone’s spirits high and reminds everyone that they are not alone.
Thanks to all our volunteers, who, with their hearts even more than with their colors, make every day a little brighter.
Because Carnival is over… but the joy of being there, together, remains.
